Using Free-Play Reward Money

Lucky 7 Lotto Free-Play Reward money must be used toward Lotto900 only.

All new account and reload rewards are manually approved and entered into the system by the customer service department. You must request your reward within 24 hours of an accepted deposit by contacting the customer service department via Live Help, email or phone to have your bonus entered.

Free-Play Rewards will be available for use automatically after meeting the five times wager requirement.

The Free-Play Reward is added to a separate reward balance. You can use the Free-Play reward to wager only. Only the winnings will be credited to your account. Once you use the Free-Play, the Free-Play money is gone, win or lose or tie. Free-Play Rewards have no cash value.

Remember: All rewards for new and existing players must be requested and approved before they will be applied to the automated bonus manager.

Note: Free-Play Reward money cannot be used to bet both sides of a game in the sportsbook. Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds wagered.
